An Allstar Wine Server Program from Allstar Bartenders Training

Our goal is to educate 1800BARTEND graduates, the servers in the industry, to sell red wines, white wines and champagnes.

~We start with the discussion with grapes.

~Learning to pronounce the names of wine varieties such as pinot noir ,pinot grigio, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and Italian chainti.

~Where the wine will be stored in a restaurant

~How to properly open a bottle and what size glass to use.

~Vocabulary of reading the label.

An example;
       “Tonight our chef recommends the aged 24 ounce porter house in a demi glaze and pairing it with a well balanced 2004 Raphael estate Merlot From the North Fork Vineyard of Long Island”
For your own wine knowledge we discuss terms such as leggs, nosing , difference between sweet and fruity
This is defiantly not a pinky out wine class its a server class on selling wine.

For employers who interviewing your resume and see that a wine seminar has been completed is a plus that might put you’re application ahead of others
Whether you Bartend in a restaurant or hot night club you can absolutely benefit from an increased wine knowledge.
